Great location in the heart of the city, close to a big shopping center. The hotel is very clean and has all the necessary facilities. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is tasty.

The hotel was located in a historic building and had a charming old world feel. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. the breakfast was delicious with a great selection and even a special omelette. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city close to shops, restaurants, and even a glass museum.
The service was basic and not particularly friendly or gracious. the staff didn't go out of their way to help and it was difficult to call room to room or receive outside calls.

Authentic old world feel. Clean and well-equipped. Beautiful view of the church. Helpful staff. Great location to old town. Close to modern shopping complex. Lovely breakfast with cooked eggs and coffee machine

Our romantic escape was lovely, the hotel had spacious and clean rooms with beautiful views of the town and nearby hills. The breakfast, especially the omelette, was fantastic and the coffee was delicious. the hotel’s location was very convenient, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and a museum.
The hotel lacked some amenities such as air conditioning, toothbrushes, and bottled water. It would have also been nice to have more than one wastebin in the room and some tea-making facilities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location right in the center of town was perfect, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was also close to a big shopping center. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like VIPs during our visit. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as an ironing facility, mini-bar, terrace, and flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area. The hotel had excellent services and facilities, including room service, laundry, and a ski area. we highly recommend this place to everyone.
